New York Fashion Week

New York Fashion Week- where I fell in love with Fashion and Blogging all over again. I have always thought of New York Fashion Week as something that was such a huge event, that I would always watch from afar. Flashback to three weeks before Fashion Week, and I received an invitation from rewardStyle to attend their NYFW rooftop party. Until then, I hadn’t really even thought about this being an achievable thing for someone as small as me, with less than 5,000 followers. Knowing that I would have serious regret if I did not go, I decided to head to New York for the weekend and spend some time shopping and soaking in all the Fashion Week fun with my mom! I was wide-eyed the entire time trying to soak in all that I could, so that if I had the opportunity to go again, I would have a greater understanding of just how Fashion Week worked. I have never been more inspired, and ready to hit the ground running with Off Madison Avenue than I am right now. I cannot wait to see where this journey takes me- even if it is just to Fashion Week one more time! It was so fun to see all the hustle and bustle, and actually be a small part of it! For Fashion Week, I challenged myself to have a little trendier outfits and really fit into the New York street style. I think that this Star Ruffle Skirt and over the knee leather boots fit right in- all black, because well we are still in New York! This skirt has been a hit, and my best selling product of all time! But sure to snag it before it sells out!

On top of all the Fashion Week frenzy, I was able to meet girls who I adore and have admired for so long. They were so sweet, and made me realize how much more I loved blogging and the community it has given me! Be sure to check them out below:
