In Spring Mode – Madison Magill

I have been dying to share this post with you all, its only been a week- but its felt like forever! If you live in the OKC area, I am sure that you have heard about the new clothing store that has come to town! Mode is located in the heart of Midtown with all the newly renovated historic area- giving it so much character. I recently met the owner, Amanda. She was an Entrepreneurship major, just like myself, that has always wanted to start a clothing store; and that is exactly what she did! Not only is she super personable and sweet, she has amazing style and that is reflected in all of her pieces in the store! There is just something about a Girl Boss and a locally owned store that makes me so happy. Mode?recently opened in April of 2016- and boy does word of mouth travel fast!

I first discovered Mode on Instagram and I immediately made my husband jump into the car and drive to Midtown with me. To my surprise, the price points were so affordable and they had the cutest selection. As Spring started to roll around, I was eager to add some more pieces to my closet! When Amanda reached out to me, I was beyond excited. My new favorite clothing store thought of me- biggest compliment ever. For all of you heading out for spring break and needing some new outfits- head to Midtown, and stop at Mode! I promise you will walk out with a cute new outfit, or five-just like I did! Outfit 1:?I mean, look at this off the shoulder white top. The details with the eyelets and fringe are so fun and unique!?The lining stops about halfway down the shirt so you are able to notice the eyelet detail even that much more! The jeans- I promise you will see me in these almost everyday this spring, seriously. Also- everyone needs this choker, it comes in three colors (white, blush and a seafoam green) and is only $18! Did I mention the blush wedges (also available in taupe) are only $38?? The raw hem denim, eyelet top, choker, wedges, and fringe bag- I don’t think I could pick a favorite.

Outfit #2: As you all know from my previous post, I have been buying anything I can get my hands on with a “front tie!” This dress was no exception. This off the shoulder army green dress, even has a cut out in the back- I mean, really its perfect. I see this dress traveling through a couple different seasons with me- fall, summer, and spring! I also love this necklace, because it will actually go with everything. It is a suede wrap and there are countless ways to style it- even as a bracelet! The wrap necklaces come in many different colors and stones- trust me it will be your new favorite accessory!
